Pet-Friendly Apartments

I moved here in August and so far have had no issues whatsoever. The internet is reliable and fast, apartments are nice looking, close to campus, and affordable for the area. The staff in the office are always kind and very helpful if any questions arise. Definitely recommend living here.

I loved living here! The only reason I moved was because I got a new job that required me to. The staff was great and always on top of things. They do a lot of raffles, give aways, and host tons of fun events. Maintenance was always respectful when entering, as well as responsive to things that required fixing.

I've lived here for two and a half years while attending WMU and it was the best place I have lived thus far. Its near campus, the spaces are relatively quiet, and almost everything you need is in walking distance or a short drive away. Highly recommend for undergrads who are looking for a social scene.

I moved into Arcadia in September (it’s now November) and so far it’s been great. For being mostly students it’s pretty quiet. We also got a really good deal on the pricing from a special they were running. The maintenance guys are quick when something needs work, especially Kenton. He’s really good at fixing whatever needs to be done. The staff is also amazing. Jill is SO helpful and from the first time I met her I could tell she really cared about making our apartment everything we wanted

I have had a lot of apartments in the kzoo area and this is by far the best experience I have had for the money spent. The amenities offered are spot on for what someone actually needs and uses. The management is AMAZING and Jill specifically has gone above and beyond to make me and my dog feel at home here. Love all of the improvements to the community. Keep them coming!

5 Star Review: My roommate and I moved in at the end of September and so far everything has been great. There were some issues in the apartment from the previous tenants when we moved in but once we submitted the maintenance requests they were all fixed within days. I would definitely recommend these apartments especially for college students looking for somewhere reasonably priced near campus.
